Salary: $132,715 – $146,240

An excellent senior opportunity is available for an experienced allied health professional with a passion for clinical education, workforce development, and leadership.

Based in Shepparton, this permanent full-time position offers the chance to play a key role in shaping education strategy, supporting clinicians across all career stages, and fostering a strong learning culture within a major regional health service.

About the Role

The Allied Health Education Coordinator supports allied health professionals across the organisation and partner services within the Hume Region. Working as part of a collaborative, multidisciplinary team, you will drive education initiatives, professional development, and evidence-based learning programs.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading and supporting professional development initiatives
• Promoting a positive and contemporary learning culture
• Evaluating and enhancing education programs using evidence-based practice
• Exploring and implementing innovative education delivery models
• Supporting workforce capability and clinical excellence across allied health

About You

To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:

• Extensive post-qualification experience (typically 10+ years)
• Strong clinical leadership background
• Proven experience in clinical education, supervision, or workforce development
• Advanced analytical, research, and quality improvement skills
• A genuine interest in mentoring and developing clinicians

This role is open to senior clinicians from allied health disciplines including:

Speech Pathology, Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, Podiatry, and Social Work.
